Group Training Organisations

The Training Fund Authority (TFA) will provide incentive payments to group training organisations (GTOs) if:

• the GTO is registered with Training and Tertiary Education (T&TE);
• it employs apprentices and/or trainees who perform work listed in the Schedule of the Building and Construction Industry Training Levy Act 1999; AND
• the GTO employs the apprentices/trainees who are under an ACT contract of training.

Funding is provided for the full year and is paid quarterly.
